Collins Crossing Apartments

I have been moved out of resident going on two months and haven't receives my security deposit. My girlfriend has been calling them for the last three weeks and each week she talks to them she is informed that it should becoming at the end of respective week. But has came yet. We moves out of resident on July 20 he apartment is great condition and paid rent on time. I called this week and the had a totally different story from what they told my girlfriend they told me that it was something going on with the mail carrier. So that's why I'm coming to you guy to help get the problems resolved cause if I was still living in their apartments I couldn't go two months without paying rent or I want have a place to stay so how can their just play with my money they owe me now. They except their money to be pay on time and I respect to get my money that's owe to me in a respectable time frame.Desired SettlementI just want my security deposit it is close to $800 so that's a big amount of money owe to me for me to keep hearing an excuse after and excuse cause I'm pretty sure my old apartment is rented now so they are making money off of it now. Business Response This issue has been resolved and a check for the refund has been issued. This person has been notified and has been issued a tracking number for the mail. A correct forwarding address was not supplied at move-out therefore delaying the process of refund.
