Regards,
*** ***
*** *** needs to get his facts straightFact - when he said it was exactly one year later that I contacted him to restore my patio once again, it was actually closer to 1/months later and I never asked him to restore my patio againI did ask him to come to my house and look at the problem and he said he was too busyFact - *** *** informed me that one year prior to contacting Concrete Kote another company performed the same work, actually my patio was restored by another company on 3/***that is three years before Concrete Kote did their workI paid this company $for their restoration work and it lasted yearsI paid *** *** $2,for his company's restoration and it did not last one year. Fact - I explained that he had bigger issues underneath going on but he insisted on continuing the restoration work, actually there was no mention that there was any problem with my stamped concrete patioIf *** *** saw a problem with my stamped concrete patio he should have noted it in a disclaimer in his contractThere was nothing in his contract that mentioned any problems. I was told that the two coat process used by Concrete Kote would keep the color from fading due to exposure to sunlight
I have never heard of any business that instead of coming to the site to resolve a warranty issue instead threatens to take legal action against their customer If *** *** does not want to work to resolve this problem then let him take legal action

Reference case #[redacted]

Dispute Resolution team,

This is the official response to case #[redacted] submitted by [redacted]
against Concrete Kote,LLC. Prior to signing a contract and agreeing to a price
[redacted] was informed what services would be performed and all the services
listed on the contract where executed as per contract. [redacted] was extremely
happy with the job once I completed the job. This was also evident by the completed
signature and final payment of the contract.

Exactly one year later [redacted] wanted Concrete Kote to restore the patio
once again for free because the one year warranty was a couple of days from
expiring! After examining the the photos [redacted] sent it was evident that his
stamped concrete is damaged and continues to become damaged as time goes on.
[redacted] also informed me that a year prior to contracting Concrete Kote
another company performed the same work and he wanted to use another company because
he was also unhappy with that company’s work. I explained that he had bigger
issues underneath going on but he insisted on continuing the restoration work
with Concrete Kote. [redacted] asked me about 6 times how long the color and
sealer would last and I explained in detail each time I could not give him an
exact time the color would last as we have some hot summers and the sun fades
the colors in time. This is also listed on the Concrete Kote contract in detail
which he had several days to review as it as e mailed to him prior to him
sending the deposit for the job.

Taken from contract: “seller not responsible for product failure due to
defective substrates, previous coatings which have lost adhesion, oil, grease,
mildew, fire, hail, DEFECTS IN THE STRUCTURE, vandalism, or abuse and or
neglect.”

Once again, Concrete Kote, LLC executed the services listed on the contract
to which [redacted] was happy and paid the remaining balance of the contract. All
of this was explained to [redacted] but it is clear he adamant that he wants a
free restoration job and refuses to acknowledge that his stamped concrete has
major defects under the surface.

Concrete Kote, LLC will seek legal counsel in this matter for false
defamation on a business.

I had solar panels put on by this company and they installed it in 1 day. It took a couple weeks for NV Energy to come out but my power bills never looked better
