I tried to explain to the lady today when she called the first time that we do not buy accounts Water, gas & Light turned the account over to us for collections Apparently shave believes that Collection accounts are installment accountsThe onlt time when we have someone setup installments after the individual is served with a "complaint" issued from court house and a "consent" form is signed to avoid a "defaut judgment I asked to please come by the office tomorrow morning (thursday) with a copy of her credit file so that I can explain it to herShe called back again within a few hours and I told the collector that I have already spoken to her [redacted] ** ***, President

It is our company policy that when a new account is placed n our office for collections we allow days for a payment in full to keep off the credit file; however, within that day period if an agreeable payment plan is established and kept we will keep of the fileOne of the accounts in
question we received on 7/8/A $payment plan was establishedPayments were made in for $in Sept, Oct, Nov Dec, and January and the next payment was made on September 10, The payment plan was broken by her. A second account was placed in our office on 9/8/and not paid until September 10, (one year later) at which time it was paid in full Just like any tradeline that goes into defaultf she had maintained her payment plan of $50/month the collections would never have appeared on her credit file We have a company policy and we will not bendThese bad debts are treated just like a trade line that has been written of* ***, owner

I went Union Credit Corporation on 07/09/2015, I spoke with Mr.[redacted] he stated that they are not reporting the 51 month Term. He stated that this error must be on Experian behalf. I call Experian on 07/09/2015 they stated that Union Credit Corporation is in fact reporting this account as a 51 month term installment . This account should be removed ASAP due to this company verifying incorrect information Twice. They have  violated the Fair Credit Report act twice by verifying incorrect information. They are misleading make this account look as an installment when it's not. This account should be removed from my credit report.
