I reserved a [redacted] truck with this company and my "guaranteed" reservation was not made available because the associate was out to lunch.On November 20, 2013, I reserved a [redacted] truck at this location early that morning for pick-up at 3:00pm or so. When I arrived there, the woman that was there was not an employee of [redacted] and informed me that he had ran out to get lunch or something. She proceeded to call him on her cellphone which he informed me that I had to wait until he returned 20-30 minutes later.I was picking up furniture and was on a very tight time frame and told him that was unacceptable and I would go somewhere else because my reservation was for 3pm, not 3:20. Since this is an authorized [redacted] Dealer I thought they would honor their own policy which is giving me $50 since my reservation was not guaranteed. I was sadly mistaken and was treated very rudely by the district manager, [redacted] or whatever. Then when I reached out to corporate, I never received a response. The district manager did contact me and was very nasty and supported the fact that the associate left and informed me he would only return $10.The fact that an associate can leave and not secure a reservation and also leave random people in his place of business is unacceptable and unprofessional! Since this businesses is doing auto mechanics and acting as a [redacted] Dealer, maybe it needs to handle one or the other. It's clear that at this location they cannot handle both. It is also clear that [redacted] does not hold their authoriZed dealers accountable for their actions.So customers who want ideal customer service and need to rent a moving truck, go elsewhere! This sounds like someone wants something for free. I don"t buy into this kind of bull.
