a loan altogether. Because of the age and mileage of the vehicle and his limited credit, we advised him to find a different vehicle with lower miles and lower price. In addition, the vehicle was not local which prevented us from doing a collateral inspection. Again, we believe this decision to be in the best interest of Mr. [redacted] and the credit union. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. Once again as stated before I was told Friday that all I needed was a co-signed in order to get this vehicle. If the mileage on the vehicle was an issue they should have stated this on Friday instead of telling me all I need was a co-signer. Now because of this my co-signer basically had his credit pulled for no reason. Also on top of that, the letter of credit denial I received from the company was also incorrect. It stated I asked for a loan of 28,750. The loan I asked for was 28,500 which was $1,400 under the book value of the truck even with the miles that was known from the beginning.
