this company is charging late fees at least times on the same missing payment

letter explaining the collection options was sent as well. He missed several of his homeowner association dues payments not just one, which added to the delinquent balance, then late fees were assessed every month and notices sent, all of which were ignored. 
The Board of Directors for Hillcrest Park, have directed us to keep the late fees in place. They do not want to waive them. Had he contacted us a few years earlier, the Board might have waived the charges.
