A coupon was mailed to my home from StCatharines Nissan offering % off next service visit and % off all accessories.When I went to pick up my vehicle the person at the desk said she didnt know how to process the coupons but she would leave service a note and I would get the credit the following day When I called service the next day they said they couldnt process the credit because the invoice was closed and I was suppose to give them the coupons when the vehicle was dropped off .I explained that the coupon had no verbage saying that the coupon had to be presented earlier .Nissan dealer offered use of the coupons next time but I was counting on the discounts when I authorized the $of work to be completed .I did tell person on the phone that I would be listing a complaint but they said there was nothing they could do
