12/23/To whom may it concern, Re: Complaint ID # *** - *** ***In response to the complaint made by *** *** to the Revdex.com, Ownership and Management changes were made on November 30, 2016.*** came in the office on 12/14/requesting for the staff to fill out
paperwork to receive help from Catholic Charities, We advised her as per company policy we do not accept third party checksShe then got upset and used profanity language towards the staff, while a vendor was witnessing (Value Pest Control, Ralph Bess)We then advised her that we would get with our supervisor to see if he would allow us to do a one-time courtesy considering we were in transition of new ownershipCatholic Charities called to confirm if what was told, was in fact trueWe received a second call from Catholic Charities to confirm once again if the company was no longer accepting third party checksAfter speaking to our supervisor, he allowed for us to accept the check from Catholic Charities as a one-time courtesy, I emailed *** *** from Catholic Charities to advise her as well the same dayAttached you will fine confirmations of the acceptance of both parties dated the same day the resident, *** ***, came in to the officeShould you have any more questions or concerns please call me at *** ***Sincerely, *** ***

01/10/Re: *** *** #*** To whom may it concern, The complain that was made in regards to Angela Garza giving a day notice in writing on December 3, 2016, to my Assistant Manager *** *** , might be a confusingThe Assistant started with
management on 01/08/I *** *** Started on 11/30/and I never received a day notice from this tenant, or by prior management, we contact prior management employee and they did not receive a notice from herI explain to her when someone decide to give a day notice we provide the form notice to vacateI spoke to her on the phone after she came into pay her rent , she was wanting to know the process of her not giving notice and I explain to her she needed to follow the contract procedures If you have any further questions please contact me *** Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: first of all and foremost, when I came into the office, the worker (*** ***) didn't know me and didn't take one look at my paperwork, she just looked at me and said "no", that was missed in Collins Park's responseThey choose to say that I used profanity, but neglect to inform the Revdex.com of the discrimination that I have received since "they" took over on 11/30/Per my TAA lease contract they accept 3rd party checks but they have to honor the lease that was already signed in june There is no proof, in writing as to not accepting 3rd party checksAt this time they are receiving 3rd party checks because they are having to honor leases that have section 8, thus they are still accepting 3rd party checksThey need to own up to the rudeness and discrimination that they have caused me since they took over on 11/30/I also have a witness to this and his name is *** ***Thanks

Respond to this Complaint ID [redacted]Ms [redacted] called on October 18, 2016 to ask aboutcollections reported to the collection company. When Ms. [redacted]called [redacted] the leasing consultant answered the phone and [redacted]checked ftrst on the computer to see if the name would come...

up. Ms.[redacted]'s name would not come up due to her being an occupant.When [redacted] told her that her name was not showing up she told[redacted] she was outside so she preceded to come into the office. Mr.[redacted] was with her and so [redacted] checked the computer and hisname did show up, but in the computer it showed a balance of $181.00written off. [redacted] (Asst. Manager) then told [redacted] to look for the file.When the file was located they proceded to let Ms. [redacted] and Mr.[redacted] know that they did have a balance of $181.40. Ms. [redacted] atthat time went off on the office staff. She started cussing and said thatCollins Park was going down and that this place was roach infested andthat she was going to report it to everybody.On Wednesday October 19,2016 Ms. [redacted] called again andrequested to talk to the Manager ([redacted]). When I answeredshe proceded to tell me that they did not owe a balance. I then explainedto her what she was being charged for and that I was not here at the timeshe moved out so I had to go by what was in her file. She went off andstarted cussing using the F word, I then let her know that I was not going ·to continue talking to her if s~e was going to use that language. Shekept on using foul language so I told her this conversation was over, shethen asked for the Corporate Office phone number. I did give her thenumber to Corporate. Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] then came into theoffice later the same day and asked for the move in condition form andagain using foul language and saying they were going to let everyoneknow about this place. We did give them a copy and asked them toleave before I called the Police. I am sending the move out statementalong with the move in condition fonn.

I am rejecting this response because: while it is true that I used foul language. What Collins Park did was against the law. They basically stole money from us. I had every right to be angry, and only used foul language after they refused to do anything to help us resolve this. As you can see in the papaerwork, the apartment was in terrible condition when we moved in. When we moved out, they charged us for things that we were not responsible for, without ever telling us. The apartment was vacant for an entire month. We left it in better condition then they had it when we moved in. I had every right to be angry and they were rude and unreasonable. It is my right to express my disgust towards their business. They need to be punished for what they did to us. Just read their reviews. It's obvious they are in the wrong.
