Mr*** , came in to our show room to order some blocksHe chose a style he liked and we set up for deliveryMr*** had taken a brochure with all styles and measurements at the time of his purchaseHe return to the store a few days later stating we delivered the wrong block to him,
He again pointed out to the exact block that was delivered to himI explained if he was not satisfied we would be happy to help him find another style block and even make some price adjustments to find him a more suitable purchaseHe was very upset and loud, he did not want any other option other than a refundWe did offer a refund and explained our refund policyMr*** was still upset refusing all our efforts to resolve his dissatisfaction with the style he picked
