These people are honest, dependable, are able to fit me in last minute, and do precision auto body workFriends recommended Collision to me a couple of years ago and I drove all the way from Fort Lauderdale to have them do some repairs to my SuburbanThey repaired the damage flawlessly and I was very impressedI've been a loyal customer since that day and EVERY single time they WOW meI will drive to the ends of the earth to have them do body work for any of our vehiclesNow, two Suburbans later, *** and *** are like family to meThey are so professional and efficientAs a working mom, I NEED my car in good condition and I need it all day, everydayThe last time I brought in my SUV to repair the bumper, the technicians worked non-stop to get the job done and get it done rightIt was ready in record time! I actually had to leave it there over the weekend because I was not expecting it to be ready so quickly! (Remember, I am driving all the way from Fort Lauderdale to get my auto body work done by Collision 2000.) THEY ARE AMAZING! When my husband picked it up, not only could you not tell at all where the damage had been, the SUV was detailed and looked brand new ALL OVER! The ***'s are wonderful business owners! No doubt, the best place in South FloridaWell worth ANY drive!
This was the third shop that I went to for an estimateI knew right away after seeing how fast someone came out to give an estimate and without any haggling that this was the place to have my SUV paintedAfter explaining to Ray the work I needed to be done, he gave me an estimate on the spot and told me the best day to bring it in if I chose to have it done
They did an amazing paint job and on timeI wasn't expecting this, but they did an excellent job that included washing and detailing the vehicle
The Office Manager was very helpful and the staff was very professional and friendlyThey supported each other and made my experience extremely positive.They did such an exceptional job that I would recommend them without even thinking about it

CroppMetcalfe has agreed to repair the drywall that was removed to replace the main shut off valve. We will also look at the rug and access the damage. We have not agreed to refund the money for the the work that was done on 2-12-15.
