[redacted] was told since day one that all state her insurance company refused to fix damages that we already diagnosed that's why she kept bugging them and had them do a supplement finally We are not going to fix something we are not getting paid for she was told this Nobody told [redacted] that she had new damage or she had to pay another ded The customer clearly dose not understand the process of a supplement The only thing owed to the customer is the tire bill on her original all state estimate Everything else looks like she got taken care of with her insurance company

This is completely unacceptable for the collision center to avoid the main issue that they ultimately refused to fix my car on behalf of their director Bobby G and his refusal to provide supervisors information so I could pursue that routeAfter my tpms lights came back on a second time and I contacted bobby he accused me of getting in a new accident and threatened me that they would find new damage not associated with the accident and that I would have to pay another deductibleThreatening customers to pursue other options and telling them to go back to their insurance company to get their car properly working after I had already paid my deductible to the collision center made my life incredibly difficult for the next immediate month while I was still without my carI was in five different rental vehicles from the collision center not fixing it properly the first two times and rental coverage expires after days, so I was paying this out of pocketIf the collision center would have fixed it proplerly in the first two weeks it was expected to take, I wouldn't be filling out this complaintIt also cost me many days missed at work because of the anxiety and added stress from fighting with my insurance company after bobby refused to fix the work that was already paid forTo this day I still have nightmares about still being associated with [redacted] based on their inability to handle this situation appropriately

*** *** was a customer at collision center of Peoria Her vehicle was done and picked up , afterwards she experienced issues with tire light and suspension We explained to her that their is damages your insurance company dose not want to pay this would be a supplementwe took the
vehicle in twice afterwards to help her out from the looks of it she finally got her insurance company to pay for additional damages stated by her self in her statement which would of taken care of the problems she was experiencingthis would not fall under bad workmanship or warranty or negligenceWe did not bill insurance or *** for the tires we closed out our invoice minus the tires and told her many times we have a check ready for you for the amount that was on the original estimate because that's what was paid from all state to us . We have been more then helpfully to the customer but she wanted us to do things that we weren't getting paid for from all stateWe told her she would have to talk to them and justify the damages I don't see this as any wrong doing and still more then happy to reinbure her for tire money that was on oringal estimate

This is completely unacceptable for the collision center to avoid the main issue that they ultimately refused to fix my car on behalf of their director Bobby G and his refusal to provide supervisors information so I could pursue that route. After my tpms lights came back on a second time and I contacted bobby he accused me of getting in a new accident and threatened me that they would find new damage not associated with the accident and that I would have to pay another deductible. Threatening customers to pursue other options and telling them to go back to their insurance company to get their car properly working after I had already paid my deductible to the collision center made my life incredibly difficult for the next immediate month while I was still without my car. I was in five different rental vehicles from the collision center not fixing it properly the first two times and rental coverage expires after 30 days, so I was paying this out of pocket. If the collision center would have fixed it proplerly in the first two weeks it was expected to take, I wouldn't be filling out this complaint. It also cost me many days missed at work because of the anxiety and added stress from fighting with my insurance company after bobby refused to fix the work that was already paid for. Took my 2006 Chrysler 300 Touring to have repair work done after an accident. The work performed when I picked the car up the FIRST time was laughable, the chrome mouldings were not put in correctly, the bumper that was repaired was not aligned with the rest of the vehicle, there are gaps in front of the headlights that were never there, you could see the repair under the paint that they just painted over! I have been in the automotive industry for the past 30 years at the elite level with high end vehicles and know what to look for in a repair. I contacted collision of peoria about the work and they told me to bring it in again which we did. On picking up the car the SECOND time it looks like they did absolutely nothing to correct the repair! I contacted them AGAIN to share with them that the vehicle repair still looks the same the way we dropped it off!, at which time he told me to bring it back and he will have the manager look at it. My wife took time off from work to drop the car off the first TWO times, this time I was going miss work to talk to and show the manager how terrible this repair was! I went to collision of peoria on the morning of 5/12/14 and asked for [redacted] and he and his manager came out to my vehicle and we were in front of my vehicle when I asked his manager to look at the front bumper and tell me what he sees. I asked him this so he could confirm what I already knew was wrong with the car through his professional body work eyes, at which time he answered to me very snobbish "I don't have time to play the game"!, which at the time caught me off guard that such a person of managerial position would say such a thing to a customer that he has never even seen before! I then responded by asking if "he thought it was a game that me and my wife having to miss work to come by here for something that should have been fixed correctly the first time was a game to him"? At that moment I got in my car and left the premises and immediately called the insurance company that advised us to use collision of peoria. I had the insurance adjuster come and see the vehicle in which he agreed that the repair was not satisfactory and that his insurance company will fix it so that we are happy. I would never let collision of peoria touch anything I own or will I ever recommend them to anyone! I think the people should know what kind of work they do and how they treat their customers. I have already let the insurance company know what kind of work they are doing for them.

BEWARE! Do not have your car repaired here. Save yourself time and a severe headache. Their workmanship is armature at best and lacks any form of pride. In fact, I could have done a better job myself.

I had my new Corvette repaired here. I was given what I felt was a fair estimate and agreed to the job. There was about a 12-inch scratch on the driver’s side door. The shop took about three days to complete the repair. When I went to pick up the car, not only did the paint not match, it wasn’t even close. I would have gotten a better match from a can of spray paint.

I ATTEMPTED TO POST A PHOTO, WOULD NOT LET ME!

I was informed by the shop manager, Bobby that this is what I should have expected since I chose to do the job cheaply. I was shocked by his arrogance and lack of integrity. His claim was that I was informed by the estimator that based on the quote given there was a possibility the paint would not match. This is a joke and an outright lie. I only received one estimate, the one that I approved. Never was a second estimate ever offered that represented the job being done correctly. As I said, this is a brand new $77,000.00 Corvette. The monetary difference between the so called cheap repair vs. the proper repair was an astonishing $800.00. Who in their right mind would save a measly $800.00 risking your new car looking ridiculous? Certainly not me, and I’m sure none of you would either.

When I took the car back, the shop refused to make good on the contract (original estimate) and fix the car properly. They wanted me to pay the additional money. Why would I give one more dime to this place that completely butchered a $77,000,00 car? I then asked to refund my money so I could take the car elsewhere. Initially, Bobby very rudely refused. As I pushed him further, he reluctantly agreed, but not before letting me know that I was throwing his employee under the bus because he was going to make that employee pay for his mistake. How, humorous. He makes such a statement, yet he claims I chose to take the cheap way out. What a contradiction. If it was my choice then why would you say it was your employee’s fault, and why would you have ever refunded my money? In fact, I have a written correspondence from Bobby stating that my money was being returned “based on negligence on our part”. Clearly, our meaning Collision & Body of Peoria. This is a fact that cannot be denied.

This shop is unethical, dishonest and lacks any sense of ethics. To try and convince anyone, that someone who owns a brand new car would choose the cheap way of doing something to save such a small sum of money, lacks any form of common sense and is just plain stupidity.

This shop should be thoroughly embarrassed by what they did to my car. But, clearly they are not. This is probably because they have no pride or integrity. TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE!!!

Review: Dropped off the vehicle for repair and when I picked it up there was a cracked windshield. When I brought it up to them they said it was there when I dropped it off, it wasn't.Desired Settlement: new windshield or pay deductible for a new windshield, their choice.

They did not provide the service as promised, in the time they promised and the car I picked up has dents in the parts that were supposedly "replaced"

I live 30 miles away, and had to bring my car to this place hoping that I would get good service, it was a big mistake.

When I went to pick up the car the first time after their "QA" inspections, the fender was rubbing the headlight on one side. They told me it could be fixed the next day, which was Saturday. Didn't happen. Didn't happen Monday, nor Tuesday, either. I was promised a call Tuesday early afternoon at the very latest, but did not get a call until I called and left a message complaining.

When I finally went to pick up the car on Wednesday, the FENDER WAS STILL RUBBING THE HEADLIGHT ON THE SAME SIDE.

Then I also realized that the front panel they "replaced" had a dent on it, too.

Weirdest part in all these was the attitude of the personnel always telling me "we would like to make sure everything is perfect and you are satisfied with our service".

I said to them personally, and I am writing here as well, I am not satisfied in the slightest with any part of the service I received.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

CCP was to repair minor damage on my car. The estimated time of delivery was 7 days. I did not receive my car for over 25 days and when I picked it up the car was filthy dirty inside and out. It was so dirty I was unable to inspect the vehicle upon delivery The repairs were not done properly and my insurance company had me take it to another body shop to have the repairs redone. I left a week's worth of phone messages and correspondence with CCP and heard back from them on the 8th day, after my insurance company became involved. Very, very disappointing service and workmanship.

Review: I've brought back [redacted] to fix paint job two times (paint splits apart) now I have to bring it back for the third time. Taking back again same spot paint splitting. Hood painted twice, front end going back third time. Would like it fixed right. Calling today 06/05/2014 to repaint front end again , called at 8 am no answer or call back.Desired Settlement: If they can not fix it I want my money back to find someone who can fix bad paint job.
