I would like to file a formal complaint against this company face I am physically having my car towed out of there collision repair so that I can have it taken to a legit Collision Repair who is not trying to rape my insurance company I have an estimate that is absolutely absurd according to other mechanics that have looked at stop the work immediately once my insurance company notified me of what they were trying to build them for and they're only actual response to me was what do you care you're not paying for it your insurance company is really? I will be filing more formal complaint with the DMV and with other accredited agencies with the state of New York these people are committing insurance fraud and everyone will know about it they are overcharging and on top of that adding work to an estimate that does not even need to be done to a car but they are billing the insurance companies for it and cleaning that this work needs to be done I took the time out to go there and go item by item I have found items on my estimate that were not even damaged my phone number can be provided to you immediately upon request
