The comments from Robert Wilson are incorrect I have not asked for any additional moneys($1500) to be refunded What I am requesting is that his company correct the installation by adding foam to the contracted thickness In addition his employee, David Moorehead represented himself as head of quality control for Wilserv and visited my home three times He is the one that identified the foam thickness issue David also had me remove sheetrock and porch roofing area so that we could reach the areas not completed on the original contract Since the work could not be completed as sold the David Moorehead advised me to open the sheetrock and porch so he could have the crew comeback for the original cost of $473~~ to do what was originally scoped while bringing the other area up to the 4" thickness as contracted... This response is unacceptable as his employee has now had me go to additional expense to remove sheetrock and porch ceiling, in addition to not meeting the original contract terms for thickness on the foam.
