EXCELLENT SERVICE TOP QUALITY REPAIR! I just picked up my 2017 *** and have to say it was the best experience I have ever had in an auto body shop. I was want to get the tailgate of my 06 F350 repainted. I checked with a couple of other shops to get quotes. I stopped at Collision Kings. Jerry and I negotiated the price of $425.00 dollars to repaint it. He stated that I was going to get PPG paint, good work and results. He took 3 days to repaint it. When I went to pick it up, there was a bubble in the clear and possibly some dust, and he said it should come out with color sanding, detailing. I asked him shouldn't he have done that and his comment was "For 400.00 more I would have. Again he tried to convince me that I got the best job possible for my money. After looking at the tailgate in the sunlight, it clearly does not match my truck. I am very unhappy with his work and the end result..I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO *** AND PAID 300.00 AND PROBABLY WOULD HAVE GOTTEN BETTER RESULTS!!!!!

First off Mr. came in to us wanting perfect work for economy quality shop prices. When Jerry estimated the tailgate and gave Mr. a price he began to knock the price down in half and said that he has been to the lower quality shop that starts with a "M" and when Jerry told him we couldn't meet those low quality prices and he was probably at the wrong shop he then began act like he was our best friend and was begging for a good deal, he also stated he went to several other shops that quoted him around $600-$700 and they were all low end shops and I told him we just couldn't do it for that, Jerry explained to him that we are a quality shop and spray only top of the line PPG paint, he again asked for a lower price, Jerry then gave him a much better deal just to make the customer happy and in hopes to get referral work. Jerry then explained to him that the tailgate WOULD NOT be cut and buffed to a show quality finish if he wanted a $400 better deal, he then expressed to Jerry that it didn't need to be perfect because his truck was a 12 + year old work truck! So Jerry accepted the job and took his tailgate off the truck. Then proceeded right in front of Mr. to pull out our PPG chips and had him look along with Jerry at the chips and determined what color chip would match the best. Jerry explained that the color match would not be an exact match because the truck is over 12 years old and he did not want to pay for a blend into his bed to achieve an exact match, Mr. understood.
So we are now confused of why Mr. has made an complaint? We were never aware that there was an issue with the tailgate? Nor were we aware that the customer was unhappy with the work performed?? Here at our shop Collision King Auto Body we have a lifetime warranty on all repairs and a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If he would have just picked up the phone or came back in we would have fixed any issues he had with the motioned tailgate, even though it was VERY CLEARLY stated to him that he would be getting PPG paint but would not be high end quality cut and buffed to meet his low ball offer. Unfortunately Mr. is the type of customer that will bad mouth you behind his computer, but does not have the guts to come in and let us know the issues to our face. This is nothing more than slander to our company.

VERY HAPPY! I took my 1967 Camaro R/S/SS to Jerry Graziani to have it restored and just received it back yesterday after 6 moths of waiting and want to say the car is absolutely beautiful! The work Jerry and his crew performed on my car is hands down the best restoration I have ever had done and I have had over 30 cars is my life completely restored or built and I just can’t believe the attention to detal of this car! If anyone is on the fence about who to take their car to I can tell you one thing, Jerry will build the car as if he was building it for himself. I want to say thanks again to Jerry Graziani and his crew @ Collision King Auto Body for all the hard work that was put into my Camaro build!! I will definitely be bringing my next project to them. I took a 2016 *** into Collision King Auto Body LLC and I must say I had a excellent experience in the insurance claim and in the repair done to my car with perfect results. Jerry and his crew bent over backwards to repair and deliver my car in a short 5 days because I was leaving out of town and when every other shop said no Jerry Graziani said yes and made it happen in a day to spare. Well I paid Jerry g 15500 Down for a restoration on my 1961 Impala conv then Gave 6300 for a part he never received and said he would just take it of tha 30000 build ! Then he had my buy rotisserie for my car Because he said the one he had didn’t my vehicle then a new Jd square table which I have Received and Does not want to return ! Have Receipts for fender and valances and New floor that he didn’t not return keeped everything to to build my parts car tha he filed for a Fraudulent title and Created a fake invoice two days before I even purchased that car I purchased my parts car 10/14/15 and on his fake invoice he states car was left by made up customer 10/12/15 with the same vin number as my parts car help me understand how that could be
