I left my car June 27th I left my *** *** * *** with them for repairs due to hale damage which they did a good job repairingOn July 29th when I got my car back I couldn't look at the work because it was late and the next three day after I got sick and still couldn't look at the car, but Saturday 23rd when I opened that door and saw my car inside I got crazy mad How can someone in that type of business was allowed to leave my windows down for a car to get so dusty and dirty as hell on the inside My front and back seats had spots like someone wasted something, the ceiling and sun blinder had greasy finger prints, the back of my seats all dirty like someone had their shoes on back of the seat, my plastic to protect my flooring under my floor mats was taking up from the floor, my blue tooth in the car is not responding let it should and my gas in my car was a quarter tank low and like told MrChad R*** the manager why was my car looking like that, when I dropped it off my car was very cleanHe said he crew wouldn't never do something like that, how can he say that does he watch them 24-like thatYou really don't know what anyone will do when the boss is not aroundHe decided yesterday morning July 25th to detail my car when I complained and I agreed and I told MrR*** I will speak with my husband to see if he can pick me up when I drop my car off and I will call him back Yesterday afternoon I called them to let the know I will be dropping off the car and I will put my car keys in the drop slot so they can detail my car the next dayCrystal the secretary answered the phone, so I preceded to tell her that I was told to bring my car to the shop to be detailed just in case they wondered why my car was there While I was talking she hung the phone up on me I called back and she said she couldn't understand what I was sayingSee right there was very disrespectful, so she told me I had to talk to MrR*** about that and transferred to call to him which he took so long to answer but I held on until he didWhen I told him Crystal didn't know about the detail, and he explained to me that she did because she was at the table with him when I called in the complaint and then he preceded to laugh and at that time I was done, when he laughed like that I decided right than I was not going take my car back to them I am already upset for how they disrespect my car and now me When you give a vehicle or anything to someone for repair you suppose to treat their cars or any other items with respect but I see right now they don't care enough because that trust is broken

Lied about what was done, never returned phone calls and could not tell price of repairsBilled for hours not worked, items on bill not even discussed in the days plus vehicle sat never taken to "corvette specialist" as discussedBasically over billed and lied to as to what was done and what was going to be donePaid the bill before work was done then never called as to progress car had to pick car up when promised return call from shop owner was never made Agreed to plan was for the corvette specialist to look then work on it, never done but billed hours for labor when battery replacement was only thing done that was agreed to

Called the business and spoke with Mr. [redacted] he stated that the car came in on 7/13 and didn't leave until 7/31. He stated that the total bill was $[redacted]. He had the vehicle towed to his shop which cost $[redacted]. The battery needed to be replaced which cost $[redacted] for the battery and the...

installation. It cost $[redacted] for the BG product and labor that was put into the vehicle to get it running since the vehicle had been sitting for a while. The BG product had to sit in the vehicle for a couple days to allow it to take affect. Mr. Morris stated that Mr. [redacted] will need to come in and talk to him directly in regards to a refund.
