This business understood that when I took it in that the vehicle was not mine. They said that I could pay for vehicle when I picked it up. I informed them that I did not get paid till the third of the month. They said that was ok and that I could keep rental till my vehicle was paid. As soon as vehicle was done they came to my house and demanded their money and the rental. I gave rental back and they tried to say they had to tow it back and that because I made them mad that they were adding charges. I told the car lot *** what was going on and AA refused to talk to them.

The customer did not at any time state that the vehicle was not hers. When she came in, she asked for the vehicle to be repaired and for the additional repair of the radiator to be performed. There were never any promises made about any extraordinary arrangements for payment. She was given a loaner vehicle to drive during the term of her repairs. It is explained thoroughly to all of our clients that any loaner vehicles are due to be returned at the point in time where the repairs are completed on their vehicle. We contacted her after the repairs were completed on her vehicle and she refused to return our loaner vehicle so we had send out a repo and attempt to reclaim our vehicle. When we showed up to repo our vehicle she blocked it in her driveway and refused to release it to us. We simply gave her normal fees associated with this process.

My car was taken to AA Precise Colllision Repair Inc. on November 7th, 2017. My car was hit and run so I did not have the other people insurance to pay for the deductible. So I went to this company because they pay the deductible. Today is November 30th, 2017 and I still don't have my car. I have called this company once to two times and up to three times in a week since they had my car. I have been given accuses after accuse why my car is not done. They told me that my car was going to be ready on November 16th, 2017 they were going to take my car to get it aligned, but he did say it would deathly be ready November 17, 2017. Okay, so I didn't get a call so, I called on the 17th. and the lady said the car was not ready. it made me mad because no one calls me. So after the holiday still no call and when I called there on was no mechanic he didn't show up for work that's what the lady said that works there. I still don't have my car. The accuse they are giving me is that the part or parts is not there, and the other accuses is that Ricart Ford didn't send the right parts. And that has been the same song and dance I have heard.

The damage to the suspension on this particular vehicle was quite extensive and required a supplement to insure that all of the damage was properly addressed and repaired. In this particular case there were a couple of aspects that delayed the vehicle. The first thing that delayed this vehicle was the supplement process. When a vehicle needs additional repairs to properly fix it we must assess, document, and request the additional money needed to be approved through the insurance company. To obtain this approval we must send the assessment with proper documentation to the insurance company and wait for them to come out to our facility and do their own assessment in order to get approval for payment and the amount of repairs. This time frame is completely in the hands of the insurance company and out of our control. That was the first delay. The second issue with this vehicle was lost and delayed parts. We use various dealers depending on the brand of vehicle we are repairing. In this case the initial parts order was from an aftermarket provider. The initial parts that arrived were very poor quality and far out of proper tolerance. We then placed a second order directly from a local dealer, of which the first order from them came in with the incorrect parts. I then placed a third and final order from the dealer directly and they finally sent the correct parts. Once the parts arrived we installed them and sent the vehicle for alignment and released it within 24 hours. Every customer is a priority for us however there are certain aspects of the repair process that are just out of our control such as supplement requests, incorrect parts from the dealer, and parts poorly manufactured. We do everything we can to make up for any of these delays but sometimes we simply cant help the delays.

I took my car to Dave Gill Chevy like I always do for maintenance Svc. The rubber backing on the inside
of the hood only had one screw in it and it fell out laying on my engine. That could have overheated and
my car catch on fire.

Mrs. is coming in for us to finish the repair. Some plastic clips were on back order, and we have them now.

I sent my car to AA Precise Collision Repari on October 10, 2017 following my car being involved in a hit and run. In speaking with the staff at AA Precise Collision I was advised that 1) They could cover the deductible and 2) my car would be complete in a week. As of today November 9, 2017, my car has been "in process" for 30 days with still no solid ETA of repair completion.
Repeatedly I have contacted the shop wanting to know when my car would be done and not only do I get the run around, the person over seeing the repairs will not speak to me personally. I cannot get past the receptionist. The shop has advised my insurance company of numerous completion dates, and every time that day comes about there is suddenly an issue with getting my services complete.
I am the sole provider for my family, and I have to have my car to get to and from work as well get my kid to and from school. I am currently in a rental car that I cannot afford and will no longer be covered by my insurance because the policy coverage for a rental has been maxed. When the auto adjuster from my insurance company spoke to AA Precise (he quoted the name Pete as his contact) he was told that I would be given a loaner car from the repair shop since I could not afford the rental and the repair time has been beyond my control. This loaner car would be granted for one day (November 9, 2017) as my car was promised (to my insurance adjuster) to be complete by end of day November 9, 2017. However the shop communicated to me that they do not know what loaner car I am to get and it would not be covered by my insurance, which would live me liable for any potential accidents. Also my car was just recently towed to another repair shop today, November 9, 2017 and no one knows when it will be ready.
This company tells my insurance company one thing (as they are who will issue the check) and me another. This process has been way overdrawn and needs to be resolved ASAP.

The consumer's significant other and she were debating where to take the car even after they brought the car here. We have to return a car in pre-accident condition when there is insurance money involved. We cannot use insurance money to fix things not caused by the accident. That would be fraud.

The car was in the shop longer than planned because there was disagreement between the consumer and the business about what should be done.

The car was ready for more than a week before the consumer picked it up. We do not feel we owe the consumer any reimbursement for rental.

Customer Response

I apologize for the delay. I do not recall received the previous message from Revdex.com.In regards to the response from AA Precise Collision Repair, Inc. they completely lied. My car was not ready for two weeks. I spoke to the company every day almost for a week and they gave me the run around. And when I received my car back the bumper was not placed properly and the floor behind my passenger was flooded with water. The only reason I have not taken by car back is because I do not want to deal with them. On top of everything they never spoke to me. They always had the poor lady at the desk deliver any bad news. But for them to say my car was ready for two weeks is absurd. They did agree to handle the last two days of the rental I was forced to pay for (again why would they agree to that if my car had been ready for two weeks.).This company has no customer service. I find satisfaction in knowing I will never have to deal with them again.Thank you.-- Thank you

Run....I mean far far far away. The girl Brittany was nice and accommodating. The one star is for the fact they cover your deductible and offer a loaner car at no cost. The bad is what makes this place terrible. I had minor body damage. They over charge the insurance companies in order to make more profit and for your deductible to be "free". Which isn't totally true because they only pay up until $500 (even though they told me they would cover the full amount which was $600) when Brittany asked the manager about covering the full amount he yelled and cursed at her so bad.then told her it since she promised me it will come out of her paycheck!!!!! I have never heard anyone speak to someone so bad in my life! I felt so
Bad for the girl!
Then, They had my car for over a month!!! Other body shops quoted three days! I received no calls or updates. I had to harass and call to see what was taking so long. It was one excuse after the another. They kept saying my car would be finished and when I drive 30 mins to pick it up the date changes. They finally finished and put on a damaged part. I had to go back once again for them to replace the part! They then temporary fixed another piece and didn't tell me. The piece popped out days later and they refused to fix it. They claimed the insurance company wouldn't cover it but never told us. They presented the car to us as if everything was fixed! I am so baffled! These people are crooks!!!
