I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me BUT if the business is taking the vehicle to the dealer for a second opinion, I would prefer for the dealer to fix the issue and have the business to pay for the cost of resolving it

Per our conversation 05/31/2017 in regards to complaint ID [redacted] for the repair on the 2011 Chevrolet Equinox. It has been our every intention to address the customers concern to the repairs to her vehicle yes she has brought her vehicle in as a warranty issue from the sun roof drain lines leaking...

each time we had the vehicle understanding her inconvenience coming to the shop we provided a rental that the shop paid for. Each time we made a repair we used several different methods for testing as pouring water over the roof, using high pressure and even driving threw car wash we did everything we could to create a leak the result at the shop was it was fixed. We do not want this to go unsettle and would like the owner of the vehicle to bring her vehicle in so we can take it to the dealer for a second option.
