Thank you ***,,I came from ***,,,he seemed so much calmer, cause really I didn't could hardly recognize him....anyways he explained to me where the smell was coming from...and also he needed to do a couple more flushes...and this will stop the smell and the heat....I will have him do his first flush tomorrow...I hope things go well.Thank you, *** ***z

I am responding to a complaint submitted on 6/19/15. We towed the customer's car in with an overheating problem. We looked it over and found that the heater core was fine, but antifreeze was leaking from radiator. We recommended a tune-up (spark plugs and wires), and a radiator with a flush to fix...

the no heat problem. We got the ok from the customer and completed the work. The customer picked up car and then started to call with complaints and yelling profanity. We tried to calm her down and tell her to bring the car back and we will fix any issue with the car that we worked on. She denied our service and told us she wanted her money back. I am sorry we could not do that as there are parts and labor involved, but we would gladly try to make her happy in any other way (discount, free oil changes, or fix anything we worked on, no charge). I am sorry for any inconvenience we caused, but we have more than willingly tried to fix any issue with the customer. Thank you.

I have tried to work with the customer in all possible ways and she refused. I don't know if I can do anything else. I know the work I did and do offer an apology for anything that was still wrong.

If she will contact me today we can resolve the issue. Thank you
