On Saturday 05/23/I called Stedfast Heat & Air at about 6:00PM..Our A/C went out and you would know it it is a holiday weekendAt 6:05PM Bryan Called back and said he would be over in just a few minutesminutes he was here checked the outside unit found the problemWe had cold air in about minutes !! We have used Stedfast Heat & Air a lotGreat people very professionalWe would recommend Stedfast Heat & Air of Cabot to anyone and especially Bryan
Stedfast Heat & Air is an EXCELLENT company I have used them for many years and would not even consider using anyone else Their staff is always friendly and helpful Their technicians know what they are doing and are very respectful when they come to my house
My central air went out last Friday - hottest day of the year, I think - and Bobby Hfrom Stedfast Heat & Air came outHe was very professional - wore booties - looked at the unit inside and took all the filters out, checked out everything and then went outsideHe worked for about 1-hrsand said the unit was just needing clean filters(It had we didn't know were hooked up - our fault)Anyway - he got the unit working well and we are very happy with his work!
Jeremiah was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable He answered all questions without hesitation and fumbling for words He completed his task in a timely manner and was careful not to track in mud or debris from being outside checking the outside unit He also made us aware of a potential problem in the attic that we were not aware of Stedfast employees have always been a joy to work withWe have contracted annually with Stedfast Heat and Air approximately years and have never encountered a problem with employees or quality of service
Had two service tech (Josh P/Mike H) come and install ne HVAC They were on time and completed the work in a timely mannerThere work was done with care because they protected things that needed itReally pleased with these two installers from Stedfast Keep up the good work
