It was an insurance job done through [redacted] ***, I have been doing insurance claims for over yearsUsually how it works is we take a look at the camper, write up estimate, give copy to customer and copy to [redacted] ***We then normally recommend half payment up front and the other half upon completionThey stated they could not give us half up front because [redacted] sent the check to their bank in their banks name and it would take a little timeI never heard back anything from customer so I reached out asking about the check statusWhen they explained the situation, I understood and me being as nice as I am, we started the jobWe completed the work and he came in and said he needed a copy of completed invoice to give the bank to cut the check to us and that the bank will be responsible for cutting check outHe came in and inspected it and took a copy of the invoice A week and a half went by and I didn’t hear anything so I called him about status of check and stickers that he had asked aboutI left him a voicemailHe stated the bank mailed certified letter a week priorI told him we didn’t get it but would wait to seeA couple weeks went by and we didn’t get it stillI called customer again about payment saying it had been days and we needed paymentI got return call form his wife to stop calling and harassing them about payment and hung up on meI left it at thatI got the check a week and a half laterI called the customer saying the check was made out to him and he would need to sign it and get it releasedHe was unaware of his wife filing complaint with the Revdex.com or his wife calling me backWe followed procedure and did nothing wrong, we actually went above and beyond and started the work with no payment in good faithNow he has his camper and everything is fine

amounts of his purchases, however he did not purchase the camper for $47,That was MSRPAt no point have we ever been instructed by the trailer manufacturer to let a potential buyer know that the air conditioner will only cool degrees less than the outside temperatureWe would have done so at that time if we were instructed too. Mr *** has been reimbursed by the camper manufacturer for at least one camping trip, that in his mind was ruined because of the a/c not cooling like he feels it shouldAlso in good faith the camper manufacturer extended his warranty for another yearWe have also had his camper in our service department to test the a/c to find that it is performing to acceptable manufacturer standards. In an effort to satisfy the customer and go above what is required we have also made what we feel are improvements to the a/c that has allowed the air conditioner to perform above acceptable manufacturer standardsDespite complaints filed against the manufacturer and our dealership by the customer plus not to mention the display of public verbal attack against the manufacturer and our dealership at a recent RV show which resulted in the intervening of a police officer to remove him from our display,that the manufacturer is aware of, the manufacturer is still willing to work out a resolution They have agreed to upgrade his electrical service to amps and install the 2nd a/c at a price that is less than half of the bid the customer was given by another RV service facility. We feel that honest, fair attempts are being made to come to a resolution with Mr ***
