Colman's Country Campers

Found out salesman John traded in a 2016 Falstaff like mine for a upgrade to a two A/C model. It was his brother and he bought it about same time I did. Just for your info. They won't even talk to me because filled with you.

completion. They stated they could not give us half up front because [redacted] sent the check to their bank in their banks name and it would take a little time. I never heard back anything from customer so I reached out asking about the check status. When they explained the situation, I understood and me being as nice as I am, we started the job. We completed the work and he came in and said he needed a copy of completed invoice to give the bank to cut the check to us and that the bank will be responsible for cutting check out. He came in and inspected it and took a copy of the invoice.  A week and a half went by and I didn’t hear anything so I called him about status of check and stickers that he had asked about. I left him a voicemail. He stated the bank mailed certified letter a week prior. I told him we didn’t get it but would wait to see. A couple weeks went by and we didn’t get it still. I called customer again about payment saying it had been 30 days and we needed payment. I got return call form his wife to stop calling and harassing them about payment and hung up on me. I left it at that. I got the check a week and a half later. I called the customer saying the check was made out to him and he would need to sign it and get it released. He was unaware of his wife filing complaint with the Revdex.com or his wife calling me back. We followed procedure and did nothing wrong, we actually went above and beyond and started the work with no payment in good faith. Now he has his camper and everything is fine.
