Rude staff, who is not helpfulDrT*** longer than any other dr office that I've EVER been atWas told to be there at eight thirty and did not get taken back until almost noon just to wait another hour and a halfSo expect at least a hour wait but they'll tell you it shouldn't be long no matter how long you been waiting or weather its true or not so that they don't get gripped at which they're used toWorst ran drOffice I've even been tooWould not recommend ever
Colonoscopies R Uswow, an actual assembly line for colonoscopy Place is run down and has an overall dirty feel about it Was scheduled by them for a review of my colonoscopy result (polyps were removed)weeks of worrying something was wrong I was told on phone this appointment is part of the procedure (not true), after minutes with a PA to be told, "no problems" I am out hours of work, and $copay (not to mention I'll get a bill for the minutes after the "office visit" is applied to my deductibleThere is NO REASON to not phone or mail negative results home in a letter just like my negative PAP SMEAR or mammogram results are given to meMONEY HUNGRY!

I had a colonoscopy and was in recovery where the lady across from me who barely spoke English tried to get up out the bedShe fell and the nurse was mad and was mumbling how she should have kept her dumb*** in the bedWhat kind of people do you have working there? I was scheduled for a follow up appointment with the doctor after my colonoscopyI was told when I got there it had been switched to the nurse practitionerI wait almost two hours to see her for less then ten minutes of serviceI was then scheduled for a procedure 1/18/which I arrived minutes early four and waited over hours to have my procedureThey schedule multiple appointments at a time and blame it on a patient being lateWhen you call and contact the office the girls on the phone are rude and act as if you are bothering themThe doctors don't care about your over all well beingThey are clearly in it for the moneyI asked for ombudsmen was told info would be provided and never wasI requested several calls from business office manager and doctor concerning these issues no follow upRequested copy of my chart was told a dollar a pageReally? Never will I refer anyone to these people
