Extremely Poor customer serviceVisited this location separate times to do a very simple drug test, the first day, I was informed that the ONLY person in the ENTIRE medical laboratory who was able to perform this was out sickSince this is a reasonable situation, I inquired weather they would be available the next day, and was told that there WOULD BE A PROFESSIONAL ON THE PREMISES WHO COULD PERFORM THE TESTI arrived the next day and was told AGAIN that there was nobody in the building who could accommodate me, and when I spoke with what appeared to be another medical researcher of some sort, rather than the clerk, she rudely claimed that the person was out on emergency/business/personal (several DIFFERENT excuses used over the course of the conversation) and would not be available until later in the daySince I was leaving town, that was unacceptable and I could not returnI went to do an incredible simple procedure twice, and the company was unable to accommodate both times, and was unwilling to even communicate this to the company that I needed the drug test for to explain that it would not be me at fault for failure to complete a test, but the company, COLMED Medical Labratories, Inc
The only reason this crap company is in business is because he doesn't pay his employees or his bills! We came to work on many occasions with the electricity to the whole building off because he hadn't paid his bill! He charges customers things they didn't pay for! There is hidden charges in ALL of the patients bills! Sam Akers is a liar and a thief! Do not do business with this company and DO NOT WORK THERE! You will regret it and will be working for free and never see that money! He avoids even coming to the office because he knows what he's doing to everyone there! He's pathetic and the company is a hell holeA woman got sexually harassed and then they fired the woman because Jeff is a supervisor and the husband of Sue who is a manager! So they fired Ramona! This is a sad place! Beware!
