help improve our service further.On 11/21/*** *** came to our shop to replace a thermostat for her *** ***Our Mechanic "Chico" worked on her car, when he finished installing the thermostat he let the car run for to minutes and everything was fine with her vehicleUnfortunaly when she was getting ready to live the shop her vehicle shuts down, The Mechanic inspected the car and found that the Balance Shaft Belt broke and it hit the Crank Sensor and damaged it, We made clear to her that the problem doesn’t have nothing to do with the replacement of the thermostat it was an internal problem, She was asked if she had any worked done on her vehicle before, She said that She had a tuat *** *** before and She also said that She had her water pump and timing best replaced at with another person who does jobs on the streets (Mechanic Job)The Mechanic showed *** *** the damage and explained to her what could cause the Balance Shaft Belt to brakeWe give her the option to take her vehicle back to where she got her water pump and her timing belt replaced so they can replace the Balance shaft belt and the Crank SensorShe said that she didn’t want take the car to that person so we all agreed (*** *** and The Mechanics at Colomex) to replace the damaged parts (Balance Shaft Belt & Crank Sensor) she was charged $for parts and labor, she wasn't charged for the thermostat jobThe parts that were installed (Balance Shaft Belt & Crank Sensor) have warranty if ** *** have any problems with the parts we more than happy to help her.If you have any question please don’t hesitate to contact us at ***Sincerely,Guillermo R
