0px">I regret this customer misunderstood me although I try to be very clear. I am not an ND and have never claimed to be such. I am indeed studying to be one and have nine (9) units left to complete. As a wellness center, our primary concern is the well being of our clientele. Office rules such as no cell phone use are universal and apply to all for the well being of our customers. The initial appointment is always part “get to know you” and part hands on treatment. We have found over the past thirty (30) years of treating people that this gives us the ability to get to know our clients to best serve them. My records with this particular individual indicate I spent an abundance of time before and after the appointment providing complimentary education and advice regarding his particular situation as well as in office care during his appointment according to manufacturer guidelines. My deminimus fee was more than earned for the two hours of time and effort spent on this individual. The knowledge that was transmitted can be used ongoing. Nevertheless, we are saddened to hear that he had a less than stellar experience at our wellness spa. We wish him all the best in the future in his attempt to seek treatment and ongoing health

Review: [redacted] the owner claimed that there would be an N.D Natural Doctor to do my initial assessment at her clinic. When I got there after telling me to shut my phone she admitted she was not an N.D. She also spent a majority of the appointment talking rather than doing the colon therapy that I came to receive and charged $140 for it which is double what other places charge for much less than what you will get at other places. In fact I think she only spent about 10-15 minutes doing the colon therapy and the rest of the time "educating" me which is not what I came for nor she is certified to do so! She is certified to give colon therapy!Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and her to think twice before lying to new patients to secure appointments. And maybe think twice about her practice and services so that people could actually get what they came to get from her. Therapy! She is not a teacher and spending 3/4 of the appointment "educating" me is not what I came for!
