My husband met with Ryan B[redacted] for the estimate and discussed the ways the job was to be performed. My husband was not able to get off work so I stayed home, with my 4 month old daughter who had a doctor's appointment directly after the work was performed. I HAD to leave my house so I paid him and left. Upon my husband's return home shortly thereafter, he expressed his concerns with the poor quality and items not done as discussed in the initial estimate. Attached is a copy of the items done wrong as well as the texts from Ryan B[redacted] telling me he'd resolve the issues, which he never did. I'm still requesting a partial refund of $306.
