Review: I purchased a vehicle on July the first, never signed the title or Power of Attorney. Today is September the twenty second and I have yet to receive any of my paperwork including registration or title to vehicle purchase. I paid $1800 plus $200 for vehicle and documentation. I have attempted to contact the dealer and left messages with no response. I also contacted the State Police to further investigate as this dealer is known by the State Police to have bad business practices!Desired Settlement: I would like to have my monies totally refunded or receive a clean vehicle title with registration paperwork a previously agreed!

Review: My fiance and I bought a 2002 [redacted] from Colonial Auto Care Sales & Services April 21,2014. We were told the truck was from Maryland but comes to find out it was actually from New Jersey. The person who sold us the truck told us that he would register the truck for us and send us the title.It is now July 23,2014 and we have still not gotten the title nor was the truck ever registered.We paid the $50 for the title but never got it. The engine in the truck is completely blown and the truck will not run. The truck started messing up 2 weeks after we got it and now it wont run at all. We called several times about getting our money back. The odometer on the truck is not the correct mileage.it states on paperwork we received that there is a discrepancy with the odometer.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund back for this truck, plus any monies that was put into it. The dealer wasnt truthfully on where this truck came from or the condition. After doing on line research I found that this truck came from a salvage yard in New Jersey. The truck last known origin was from Neptune City New Jersey. I believe this truck was a Hurricane Sandy vehicle, and that is why we have not gotten the title for it.
