Complaint Information:

...

Colonial [redacted] instructed customer of the parts that were covered under parts warranty and customer declined additional needed repairs that were not covered. Will attempt again to advise customer of the applicable parts warranty on previous repairs.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] at the service desk stated they wanted to replace the radiator and water pump to see if that would resolve the problem with the heat. He admitted he was not sure if that would resolve the problem. He just wanted to sell another service because they make a commission selling repairs. They have no clue what the problem is or how to resolve it. They took my $2000 dollars and now my truck does not run the same.
Sincerely,[redacted]

The service here was so horrible that I am now sitting taking the time to create a [redacted] account to voice my displeasure and warn others.
I dropped my certified pre-owned vehicle (purchased a month ago) off for a broken power seat and a check engine light that's been coming on and off intermittently. Something that should take a couple hours to repair is now running into two weeks. The one positive was that I did get the benefit of having a loaner car.
The service advisor told me days ago that the part for repairing the engine light was on back order. Why they do not have readily available parts for a 2014 vehicle, I do not know.
I've called several times over the past couple weeks to get a status only to be greeted with "we're still waiting on the part". After getting fed up with waiting I called the rep and asked for the part number and name so that I can call around for the part myself. Suddenly within an hour of our conversation I was notified that they had received two orders of the part came in. Smh.
I was then told that the part would be put in and the car should be available within an hour. I came in three hours later only to be told that the car was still being worked on. The device advisor called the shop to get an eta and was told the car was fixed. The service advisor then proceeds to walk around the lot to see if the car was in the parking lot. He didn't even know where the car was. Totally rediculous. Finally he came back and said the car was being road tested. After about 20 mins sitting and waiting the advisor came back and said the car would need to be kept though the weekend since some other part was also not working.
We'll see what happens on Monday. Long story short...the service here SUCKS !!!!!

Review: Words cannot express how disappointed I am with Colonial [redacted] of [redacted]. I have had several conversations with [redacted] in reference to an [redacted] I was interested in. I explained to [redacted] I would be purchasing the car in full, which included a check from a bank and the remainder in cash. [redacted] then had to discuss with his manager whether or not this was doable. After speaking with his manager, he called me back and informed me they could make this happen. Our next conversation consisted of [redacted] trying to get me to fill out an application through their dealership to see if I could be approved through their bank they "prefer" to use. I explained, again, this was not something I wanted to do and wished to proceed with what was originally discussed. He proceeded to give me multiple reasons why he did not want to do it my way, none of which were good reasons to me. [redacted] was rude and, eventually, hung up in my face. I'm going to assume this behavior from your staff is not tolerated, and I would like to receive a call back from [redacted]'s supervisor so that I may have a better understanding of why my original deal fell through and why I was treated with such disrespect. I hope to hear back from someone immediately.

Sincerely,

A potential customer you just lostDesired Settlement: A apologize and hopefully finish deal.
