In addition to the information provided yesterday by Colonial GMC, I also requested 1) that Colonial provide me with written confirmation from *** *** that the auto loan has been cancelled, and 2) that Colonial remove any credit queries associated with the contract that was not honored Colonial has not provided the written confirmation in (1) Additionally, my credit report still shows queries on 29MAYthat were a result of the contract that was not honored: Colonial queried *** and ***, RBS/Citizens queried ***, and both *** *** and *** *** queried *** These queries would not have occurred had Colonial been forthright regarding availability of the vehicle under contract Therefore, Colonial should ensure these queries are removed

Once again I apologize for the deal not going throughWhen I contacted the other dealership, they had the car we were looking for and were going to swap for one of our vehiclesWe wrote up the paperwork and proceeded with the credit checkWe then heard from the other car dealership that they would not be able to swap the vehicle in question for one of oursWe do these types of swaps all the time, unfortunately in this case the other dealership backed outWe do not have the ability to remove those inquiries from the *** *** As far as *** ***, the loan was never processed, so there is no paperwork at *** ***I have sent all the paperwork we have in our last response showing that the contract is null and void.I’m sorry we were not able to do business.*** ***

I left several messages for Mr. [redacted] on 5 and 6 June and he has failed to call me to discuss this issue.Regarding the $500.00 deposit, I requested a refund from [redacted] on 05 and 06 June. I also requested a refund from [redacted]. The deposit has not yet been refunded.Mr. [redacted]'s response fails to explain why his business is willing to enter into the contractual obligations before securing the vehicles listed on the contracts.In order to close this matter, I require the following from Colonial GMC:1) Immediate credit of the $500.00 deposit to the credit card which was billed.2) Written confirmation that the following are null and void because the vehicles were not delivered: a) the agreement for the first vehicle (which included the deposit), b) the Purchase Agreement for the second vehicle, and c) the Retail Installment Sale Agreement.3) Confirmation from [redacted] that the Retail Installment Sale Agreement for the second vehicle has been voided.4) Written confirmation of removal of credit queries made from my credit history.5) A written apology for wasting my time--perhaps the most galling aspect of this experience is that no one from Colonial GMC has ever offered an apology.I will not continue to pursue this purchase with Colonial GMC as I have already ordered a new vehicle through another GMC dealer.

We were unable to get the vehicle from the other dealer. The deposit is 100% refundable, he can call me on my cell phone with any questions. We do many swaps with otherdealerships, and most of the time, I'm able to get vehicles that show up on the locate system. In this case, the other dealer could...
not find anything in my inventory he wouldtake back to complete the swap. I'm still trying to find a [redacted] that would meet the customers wants and needs. Please call me with any question.[redacted]
