Where to begin? This property has been sold twice in the three years I've lived here and it's never been for the betterThis last sale resulted in every member of the staff but one to quitThey are never available for communication and when you attempt to use their resident portal they take forever to respond and their response is not only wanting but there is no way to communicate back or respondThey are ridiculously slow in making any repairs and when they do "repair" the issue they only make it worseThey are almost illegally cheap and do everything in their power to not pay for basic servicesHowever, if you are even a second late of the grace period they will charge you a dollar late fee and put a potential notice of eviction on your door even if the amount that you are "due" is under dollarsThey are vindictive and deliberate in their misconductThey do everything they can to be just on the borderline of illegal behavior with their near uninhabitable unitsThey need
The apartment complex will not give me my January rent backThe landlord broke my lease January 8th due to her not wanting to lower my rent after moving me into a smaller apartment because I could no longer live in my apartment anymoreThe lease stated that my rent would be discounted due to the smaller spaceWhen I brought the lease in to show her that my rent should be discounted she said no and I read her the other part of the lease that stated that she would have to break my lease if she does not lower my rentShe then stated let’s do it I’m breaking your leaseShe gave me days to move outI moved out that same day and brought her the keys (Jan.8th)I then asked her for some of my rent for January back because I would not be staying there for the remainder of that monthShe agreed and caluculated how much I would get back which was $ I then asked her when will I be receiving my money and she said she does not know it will take monthsAfter that they emailed me tr
