Mr*** came to our business and we replaced EVAC System on his truckWe saw Mr*** again in about 2-days he stated the light for check engine was back on again so the part was replaced again at no charge to customerThe part was replaced with a better part and was under warrantywe
didn't charge customer any additional charges for parts or laborCustomer came back in about a week stating he was having same problem and he also stated he may need to have the computer reset (flashed)We at that time did a fuel injection service for free (value)We told the customer to have computer flashed he would have to pay for it and would cost 140.00-this is what is charged by the company who comes to our location to do thisWe also explained to him that this had nothing to do with the service we had already provided to himMr*** has been rude to us and has made the comment that he would just sue us no matter what we have doneHe hasn't been happy with anything we have tried to do.We pride ourselves in being a place of business built on treating our customers with respect and honesty, we will continue to do this and feel that we have not asked Mr*** for any money for anything other than services provided and tried explaining to him he would need to drive the vehicle more than miles in order to clear the lightWe would never sell anything to a customer that isn't needed or not fix anything that we are at fault of malfunction
