State Farm recommended Colonial Construction when I had a house fire. That was the biggest mistake of my life. There work was SHODDY at best. I was forced to make repairs to parts of the house that their own workers caused. They left the missing roof uncovered and then we had the biggest snow storm of the winter. The damage was to a room unaffected by the fire. They REFUSED to fix the damage to the floor. I took on some of the repairs myself, with the understanding that the money for those repairs would come back to me. I had to fight tooth and nail to get some of that money back. I never did recover all my money. They would go WEEKS without getting a single thing done to the house. When the were done the gutters leaked. The put a second grade fix to stop the leak. I feel that should have been don correctly and not just rigged up. They ripped me off big time and Joe the owner of the company refused to ever meet with me. Don't get involved with this rip off company.
