Living at Colonial Crest was an awful experienceManagement tried to lie, and hide things from me multiple times during my one year leaseIf you have to live here read your lease VERY carefully, and do a completely thorough inspection of your apartment before move inAn employee will come do a move in inspection, and try to be very general about the "good condition" of your apartmentBut when move out time comes around, Colonial Crest will try and bill you for every single scratch on the wallTo them, nothing qualifies as "wear and tear"I would not recommend this apartment to anyone
