Colonial Cyclesports

Review: I purchased a motorcycle from their shop on May 2nd, 2014. I transferred the tags from my old motorcycle to the new one and Colonial Cyclesports was handling the process of transferring the tags to the new bike and transferring the title to me. I renewed the tags without an issue but recently discovered that my title was never sent to me. When I contacted DMV for a duplicate, they commented that the original title was never provided by the seller and that only the registration process had been completed. I have tried to call the seller over 25 times in the last three weeks and the owner never answers. The voice mail is also full so there is no way to leave a message.Desired Settlement: I either want the title to the bike provided and transferred to my name as I was charged in the sale of the bike, or I want a full refund of all money paid on this sale and I will deliver the bike back to the seller.
