This Medical Center Care is falling by the wayside I am a patient of DrL [redacted] for many yearsHis medical care for me was outstanding up until March Since March 2018, my pharmacy has been sending request for a new Crestor prescription which controls my Bad Cholesterol LevelThis week my blood test revealed that my cholesterol level was very highThen it became evident that I wasn't taking medication to control my Bad Cholesterol LevelAs a patient that has a history of a mini stroke, it is life threatening not to control Bad Cholesterol LevelOn May 7, 2018, DrL***'s nurse was called about my need for the Cholesterol but, to no avail my renewed prescription wasn't called in to my pharmacyFurthermore, my pharmacy called him

I was told my bill was paid in full when leaving and was later sent a bill for about more dollars
I went to the colonial family practice on 5/04/I told the girl at the front desk that I had been having a headache for about 2-days and that I thought it was a sinus infectionWell they check to see if I had insurance, I did but they didn't except itSo I was told that I had to pay for my office visit in total before I left their office because I was not a regular customer there so I was told that I would have to pay for the office visit before I went in the back and balance when I came out for any test ranI paid the young lady at the counter and then went in the backWell when I got back there they took my vitals signs and took me to my roomThe young lady came in and said we are running the rapid flu test on all of our patients as a precaution, even though I didn't have any symptoms of the flu, I said fineShe came in a few minutes later and said it was negative
