I am a tenant of a property owned by this company Mercury 3 LLC. also known as Colonial financial &Income Tax preparation service. I was forwarded a sewer bill dated 3/21/16 saying it had to be paid in full by 3/31/16. The landlord never sent the initial bill which I have been told was sent back in January. These people are unethical amd unprofessional.
