The United States court system will not require another mechanic to say you were at fault. The diesel specialist doesn't care who worked on the truck previously. The pictures and the fact that they had to replace the same part that was supposed to be replaced months earlier proves the ford dealership was negligent. I will see you in court. Regards,

the work performed here was needed to repair the truck, it seems the issue is with the other ford dealer, if the customer feels we should reimburse for the oil filter I will do that

I took the truck to a diesel specialist, and they checked the entire fuel system. There was no corrosion or fungus in the fuel. The fuel filters had not been replaced, and it caused by fuel pump to go bad. The total cost was 888.45. The damage to the fuel pump was caused by negligence of Marborough Ford dealership, the dealership charged me for unnecessary work, and the dealership didn't perform the work they charged me for. I will settle for nothing less than the $888.45 I paid to fix the truck. If I have to move forward with legal proceedings, I will also demand reimbursement for all money paid to MarBorough Ford, and payment for all time off work and legal fees. I have phone recordings of all my interactions with Marborhough Ford to prove what was communicated to me. Regards,
