I scheduled the annual furnace service two weeks prior to the appointment of 8/29/16 to be sure I got the first appointment of the day. I was told the tech would arrive at 9:00ish. At 9:40 not only was no one here but I had received no call letting me know they were running late. I called the company to find out went they were going to arrive and was told I wasn't the first appointment and they would get here after they finished the appointment they were on. I was told I should have specified I wanted the first appointment - which I did more than once. I scheduled the first appointment because I schedule other vendors for the later in the day. They told me they would check with the tech to see if they could get an eta. 35 minutes later I had to call back because not had called me. At that point I was advised the tech had just finished his first call and was leaving Ashland and would be about 45 minutes - which puts his arrival at my house at approximately 11:15 am. I have another vendor scheduled to arrive at 12:00. I would have cancelled the appointment but I don't have time to find another company. If you're looking for service don't call this company because they make mistakes and you are left holding the bag with nothing more than "I'm sorry." Their attitude is more than a decade outdated ... when there was more than enough business to go around. I work hard for my money and I expect the businesses I use to work as hard to earn my business or to keep my business because there is always another company more than willing to earn my business at a competitive price.
