I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11443502, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:
I have attempted to contact you at that number on several occasions including these dates: 5/11 at 10:09am, 5/12 at 9:22am, and 5/18 at 3:37pm. I was left several messages and was told that Steve would be contacting me back in regards to my concerns. I was only told about the initial charge of 99$ plus parts (30$ of the 99 would go toward any parts needed). However, the first person that came to my house was unable to properly diagnose the problem (per his direct statement). He mentioned that he did not have the proper equipment to complete the testing. I should not be responsible to pay for two diagnosis when the first worker was unable to even correctly diagnose the problem. I was told that a part was going to be ordered. Per the second worker, the initial ordered part was not needed and a different part was fixed in less than 10 minutes. I spoke with a woman in the office on 5/11 that stated there were no notes in the documentation as to how the additional price was figured. Nobody has been able to give me the cost of labor per hour or the cost of the part that was replaced. I find this very suspicious considering an additional 125$ fee was already written by Steve for parts and labor, yet the part initially ordered for my furnace was not the part replaced. I should not be responsible for the incompetence of the initial worker who was unable to complete the job or properly diagnose the problem.

Hello, We are sorry that your experience with our company was unpleasant.  As per our pricing standards, there is a $99 service charge plus parts and labor but $30 of that will be applied to parts if needed.  With the total part cost plus labor and service charge, we arrived at the...
