I have been a patient here for years, primarily in the Hopewell office I have always been given quality healthcare with the added benefit of caring, knowledgeable providersMy primary provider is Frank J***, CFNP At every appointment, I am treated not as a chart or patient, but as a partner in my own healthcareI am afforded the time and opportunity to discuss my health issues and participate in my treatment planI have never left an appointment feeling ignored, rushed, or with anything other than confidence that my health was in good hands

I've never had any problems in the past dealing with this Doctor office, so I'm not sure what the problem is nowI take mg of *** (anxiety medicine) every night, in which you are not supposed to just stop taking; I called in a refill Thursday April like I usually do when I'm out and need Doctor authorizationThey never called in my prescription to my pharmacyI called CHMC Monday to see what the deal wasThe secretary said they'd call me back, in which they never did(I gave them all my numbers to contact me.) I called and left a couple messages during the week which they never returnedThursday, when I had the day off again (the 17th) I called and spoke with a different secretary, in which she said she'd find out what was going on, and I have yet to get a call backI even told the secretary I have been very dizzy and light headed (which makes me nauseaus) from not having my medicineIt has been very hard to function like this and they just don't seem to careI guess I will have to find another Dr

I am afforded the time and opportunity to discuss my health issues and participate in my treatment plan. I have never left an appointment feeling ignored, rushed, or with anything other than confidence that my health was in good hands.

I take 40 mg of [redacted] (anxiety medicine) every night, in which you are not supposed to just stop taking; I called in a refill Thursday April 10 like I usually do when I'm out and need Doctor authorization.
