I made the mistake of putting my Mother in this place. Upon her arrival she was thrown in the room with a junky unclean resident. The room had not been cleaned. There were dust, and spots all over the walls. The bathroom was just filthy and I requested they give my Mom a different room. They moved her the same day. Nevertheless they still didn't clean the room or the bathroom. My family had to bring supplies and wash down the area where my Mom was so that she could breathe freely for the two days she was there. A few days after my Mom developed a serious UTI and became dehydrated and I had to almost threaten them to take her to the ER. After one day in the hospital they gave her room to another resident and refused to let her back in to finish her therapy. They boxed up her belongings and threw them in the storage area. They didn't even give her family a chance to collect her belongings. They dont care about their residents. They are all about the money.
