There is not a warranty issue with system This system was installed about month ago and he now has a problem with this system? No one harassed him at allI went for free out there and adjusted the system and the area was getting watered I told him if he wants more water to open the sprinkler head more so that it sprays more water and reach further Again that's not a warranty issue because the system kicks on and it shuts off It sprays water and that area gets water If the rotors malfunction and wasn't rotating then it is a warranty issue

[redacted] called me on wednesday july 8th to go and take a look at her timer We discussed what can be wrong with the timer and I told her what it sounded like was the timer was bad I told her over the phone for a new timer it was going to cost $to install a new timer I arrived at her house on July 9th and saw that the timer was plugged in directly to the circuit breaker and that it had power Which I showed homeowner and there was no power was going to actual timer I told here the timer us getting no power Home owner asked me if there is something else I can do beside installing a new timer I told her I can install a new powercord with transformer and plug it in directly to timer She said ok do that I did that and after I plugged it in the timer powered on and we tested it and the system came on We charged a service charge of $and labor charge is $an hour plus the part was $ Total price is $for our services on that day and I even discounted $and only charged her $for our servicesHome owner calls me on Saturday July 11th and tells me that the timer quit working again She told me that she wanted me to fix it and I told her then she needs a new timer and the cost for a new timer is $ And she said she already paid $so she said she will pay only $for a new timer I told her the new timer and service charge is $ I cannot discount $because that was different services Only thing I can do is discount $and charge her $to replace timer

There is not a warranty issue with system.  This system was installed about 8 month ago and he now has a problem with this system?  No one harassed him at all. I went for free out there and adjusted the system and the area was getting watered.  I told him if he wants more water to...

open the sprinkler head more so that it sprays more water and reach further.  Again that's not a warranty issue because the system kicks on and it shuts off.  It sprays water and that area gets water.  If the rotors malfunction and wasn't rotating then it is a warranty issue.

[redacted] called me on wednesday july 8th to go and take a look at her timer.  We discussed what can be wrong with the timer and I told her what it sounded like was the timer was bad.  I told her over the phone for a new timer it was going to cost $250 to install a new timer.  I...

arrived at her house on July 9th and saw that the timer was plugged in directly to the circuit breaker and that it had power.  Which I showed homeowner and there was no power was going to actual timer.  I told here the timer us getting no power.  Home owner asked me if there is something else I can do beside installing a new timer.  I told her I can install a new powercord with transformer and plug it in directly to timer.  She said ok do that.  I did that and after I plugged it in the timer powered on and we tested it and the system came on.
We charged a service charge of $65 and labor charge is $65 an hour plus the part was $15.  Total price is $145 for our services on that day and I even discounted $20 and only charged her $125 for our services.
Home owner calls me on Saturday July 11th and tells me that the timer quit working again.  She told me that she wanted me to fix it and I told her then she needs a new timer and the cost for a new timer is $250.  And she said she already paid $125 so she said she will pay only $125 for a new timer.  I told her the new timer and service charge is $250.   I cannot discount $125 because that was different services.
Only thing I can do is discount  $25 and charge her $225 to replace timer.
