Colonial Oaks Apartments

Review: I used to be a tenant at Colonial Oaks until I moved out this past September 2013. I informed Colonial Oaks of my move and spoke to [redacted] about this and he informed me that for sure I would be my 400.00 security deposit back after they inspect my apartment upon moving out and deem it in good condition. I then called after my move to ask about this and he said everything checked out fine and he will be sending my security deposit in the mail to my new address of 206 Locust St in Gibsonia. I waited for months, still waiting today, and never received my security deposit. Since then I have called dozens of times but no answer. I have left countless messages with no avail. I was promised my security deposit back and never got it, not even an answer as to why. This is horrible business practice and needs to be punished. I want my money, I even improved my apartment as the condition it was in when I moved there was appalling (I have witnesses to prove this), yet I never complained just want my security deposit back!Desired Settlement: I just want my 400.00 security deposit that I was promised by [redacted] himself! I also want this business to clean up their act! If they want to be a business and collect money from people, then they should have phones up and running with people answering or at least calling people back. Shameful business practices indeed. This place is clearly taking advantage of poor people.
