Review: I parked my car in this garage around 2:00 PM on Wednesday, June 25. I left the car there until 10:20 AM in June 27. That's less than 48 hours. Less than two days. The advertised rate, including taxes, is $20 per day. So they should have charged me $40, but they charged $60. The attendant, who does not speak English very well, mentioned something about Wednesday counting as one day, Thursday as a second day, and Friday as a third day and that this was the company's decision. But the fact is that the car was in the garage for about 20 hours, or less than two days. To me this is a clear case of gouging the customer, of taking advantage of the customer in an unethical and abusive manner. I wish to file a formal complaint and I want to be reimbursed for the extra $20 they charged me. I will appreciate your help in this regard and I ask that you investigate the business practices of this company.Desired Settlement: I request that they refund the $20 they overcharged me.
