Good Evening, while I'm thankful for the response, I'm rejecting it because 1) the MPD informed me that although the area is private, they don't have jurisdiction to issue Citations & 2) the disability placard was clearly displayed in my window which allows me to park for hrs freeThank you so much! Based on the receipt [redacted] provided to our Operations contact, she entered the #[redacted] parking garage on 10/14/16 at 15:25 and left on 10/18/16 at 18:34. The duration of the stay was 91 hours, 08...

minutes, and 16 seconds. The posted parking rates at #119 are:1 Hour - $13.00Max - $21.00Evening Rate - $12.00Overnight (past mid night) additional $3.00[redacted] stayed for 4 nights (4 x $21.00 = $84.00).Add the $3.00 overnight stay x 4= $12.00The total fee charged was $96.00 (84 + 12). [redacted] was charged the correct amount. [redacted] advised our Operations contact that there was a different amount posted on our website for this garage. We are waiting for her to tell us where she saw a different rate. Until we receive that information and it shows a different price, we must decline to give [redacted] a refund, as she was charged and paid the appropriate and correct posted rates for the time her car was parked at #119.We consider this complaint closed but will consider reopening it should [redacted] provide us with additional data.Sincerely,Margaret E[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, the website has an place to calculate cost and it is misleading in my opinion. It is where I made the original calculation and came up with 35.00 over charge.

I parked at 90 K St NE (Merchant ID 1706) on 09/08/2016. The machine kept giving me an error, and I called my bank to confirm my account was ok. The attendant said I could not pay with cash. I asked what the procedure was for card reading errors, and he said there wasn't one. Instead, he told me to ask other people for money....
