HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...I couldn't get any info regarding my application...Am I to trust them for my insurance needs when I'm gone???I don't think so...I will shop around again for another insurance company
My 72 year old father passed on October 12th. Here it is December 16th and they have 120 things on a list to get to pay out or just give us what he paid in since they sold a 20 year policy to a 72 year old. They sold it no questions asked.
