Colonial Properties Cabin & Resort Rentals

My husband and friends just spent the week-end in The Star Above cabin Unsatisfied in several areasCookware - worn out and should be trashedDinner ware - cracked and chipped; only three coffee cupsSupplies, one garbage bag; but management was more than willing to charge us $for garbage pickup One of the bathrooms had tooth paste on the faucet The outside lighting for safety on the steps did not workI slipped and hurt my foot and almost fell
Considering the price ...very disappointed I would NOT recommend

We stayed at The Overlook cabin, got stuck in the cabin for 2 days because of the snow and nobody came to clean the driveway, we understand they are not in charge for the road, but the driveway is supposed to be cleaned, didn't have any shovel or salt, we had to walk down the mountain to the city to buy shovels, salt, food and water and walked back to the cabin, took almost 2 hours, they charged us another night because we couldn't leave the cabin and our neighbor had the same problem and US Rentals gave them 2 extra nights with no charge. No support at all from them.
