also called Chesterfield County Property Inspection Department and a (*** ***) at *** came on July 15, 2015. MsJohnson came at 10:00 to inspect unit along with our maintenance supervisor (*** ***) and no mold was found in unit. Review: I'm writing this complaint because I've been living at the colonial Ridge Apartments for 9 years and I know its a income based apartment complex but now that I'm moving my stuff I've been seeing mold from since the month of March I've call into the apartment complex office to get it rectified they came out sprayed with bleach water and they're still mold in my unit so currently I'm moving out and all my stuff and my kids stuff has mold covered all over it even in their closet and I'm seeing more on all their items as well as mines they're also mold in the closet and I call the apartment complex and spoke to the property manager and she said to me that she was going to have maintenance come out to look at the unit to see if its mold on their property on the walls on the carpet on the ground but they was not present so I'm losing it's right here because I'm trying to figure out if there is no mold in your property why is there mold all over my private belongings I went into the closet where the AC unit is and its mold all inside of the AC unit and no filter. I'm really frustrated because my son has asthma and he's been getting sick I've been getting sick and we never knew why we was getting Ill just thought it was allergies because we couldn't get better and he has also been have asthma flare up but it's because of that mold infested unit that we are living in and something needs to be done about the situation because all they're going to do like they state is paint over the issue and not rectify the issue in the unit so I just want this matter to be fixed another child has to live in this unit and that child can be sick as well and I wouldn't feel right. Be blessed!!Desired Settlement: I would like to get my stuff replaced and the situation fix. Thank you.
