Colonial Self Storage and Car Wash

I'm on social security and sometimes I'm late paying for storage.My psych meds are in the storage unit and they will not let me get themThis will hospitalize me

we realized that this was the same problem customer they all had the misfortune to deal with.Part of what she is saying Is true; she was denied access to the unit for unpaid rent, she, and all other customers will always be denied access on a delinquent account. When she called Colonial Mini Storage's office (Colonial) on Dec 14, 2016, she was Informed by the relief manager she needed to pay her rent to gain access. She is aware of this because it is clearly spelled out in the rental agreement she signed both at this facility and another that we own here In town, Cornerstone Mini Storage (Cornerstone), where she had also rented a storage unit. At that facility  she also filed a complaint, but that complaint, wherein  she called my manger a chronic liar, was with Alliance In Colton, CA and under the name of [redacted]. When she was told at Colonial she couldn't get In, she threatened to call the pollee, sue us and report us to you. She was extremely rude to my team member. She then hung up on the relief manager.Later that day when she came into the office, the relief manger was out to lunch and another team member was covering. She was, again, very abusive. The team member told her the·same thing - no access without payment. When she left the office Iwent out to tell her I did not appreciate her verbal abuse of my management team she then shouted '[redacted]' to which Ireplied "That will never happen". Ithen reiterated what the manager had already said -no access until rent is paid, the customer sped off as the passenger in a car.The following day, Dec 15, 2016, she catted again. This time the primary manager who had returned from her days off was in the office and the customer was told again - no access until the rent Is paid. She called my manger a '[redacted]' and hung up on her. A couple hours later a man saying he was her husband came Into the office to pay her bill. He told the manger that he made the customer stay in the car because he didn't want her to go to jail.We have had constant problems with this person. She states that she should sue us, we should pay her hospital bill, she should be paid for her trouble and we should be fined. For what? For not treating her special? We are following, to the letter, the self-storage law of the state of Texas. We have done nothing illegal or unethical, and we will not bend the rules for her.BTW, while a customer at Cornerstone she threatened to sue us because her ex­ husband (the very same man who paid her rent at Colonial who said he was her husband) had access to her unit. She gave him her security access code. twice, he would also have had to have a key to her locks. She said originally she was missing some items which she claimed werestolen by him but which were subsequently found in her unit. She left all of her personal Items out in a driveway when the manager called 911 for her and she and another team member put it all back; it took 2 people over an hour after the office was closed - one team member who helped was off that day but helped the manager secure the customer's Items for her. The customer also said she couldn't find her lock - It was on the ground, right next to a bottle of water they gave her, In plain sight. In her complaint to Alliance she again said she wanted money to move her to another facility and wanted all of her money back.To be clear, the problem Is not here, the problem is her. Again1 we will continue to follow the laws as stipulated by the state of Texas and will not allow access when she is delinquent; we will not deviate from them. Furthermore, should she ever bully or In any way be disrespectful to any of my team members she will be evicted. We have tolerated enough of her rude and unacceptable behavior.I am out of state most of the time.
