I got a prompt well written estimate... for siding my 2400 sq. ft. house...

The written proposal INCLUDED venting where needed (if not existing)
pre- painting where needed and gutters... as well a underlying structural repairs
such as replacing rotted panels - again where needed...

In addition I got a $3500 break in the estimate due to a previous cancellation
of a previous client...

The reduced cost proposal allowed me to replace old security lighting
and improve other aspects of the property such as drainage...
for the new gutter system.

These guys get an A+++ in my book...
